Regarding my laptop, I've just made an arrangement to get the hard disc replaced. It's going to cost me a few bucks, but I think it's worth it.
In the mean time, it's business as usual for my French studies, and I studied five more pages of my French slang dictionary before going to bed last night. So far I've covered 24 percent of my dictionary, so I'm almost one fourth of the way through my slang learning. It's a lot of fun, and I want to keep the momentum going.
I've decided to update my blog now and again like this for the next few days, as I've found that writing blog posts is not that difficult to do from my cell phone, so long as I write in English. Please bear with me a few more days before things are back to normal!
